Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DEW Cosmeceuticals North Americas. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout1.

1 Extended Area Shipping: Providing service to and from less populated or accessible domestic areas carries higher operating costs. The delivery will require additional time in transit and is subject to extended area surcharges.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

DEW Cosmeceuticals North Americas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DEW Cosmeceuticals North Americas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your DEW Cosmeceuticals North Americas purchase you may return the purchased products within thirty (30) days of the delivery. Please note that any promotional products, such as free samples and gifts with purchases, must also be returned. We will credit your account for the amount of the purchase within 15 days after receiving. Returned products must be unopened and unused.

To return merchandise to DEW Cosmeceuticals North Americas, please follow these easy steps:

Pack the items along with a copy of your invoice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
